Shower

By
Rosemea MacPherson

I love to take a long shower,
wash my hair, and feel the steam in the air,
the humid heat
gives me special treat
and then I stay there for an hour.

I forget the rest,
don’t care for my quests
I fill the tub with a lot of bubbles
and play with then in the air as they blast

My fingers get wrinkled
more hot water, I think
and stay a bit longer
lovely time to sink.

Feel so refreshed, that I hold my breath
time just fly,
with oils and creams
I am always willing to try.

I love to put my fingers through my hair, and
feel the softness, while it is wet,
the cleansing power of the water
the potions, and powders remains with me for hours.

My doggie comes by and sniffs
ahead of me he goes, that is his trick
with his sixth sense, I am happy he thinks,
soon it will be time to eat...

Great. A shower... looks simple, but through the details, the feelings, smells, touchs, we find magical things, hidden images, loving memories... take a lot of long showers. :)

To cyber graf-fi-ti

But the poemster poems
He don't write tomes
And he's on a poeming spree

Is time well spent
And this one is for free
